5 payments of $500 (total $2,500) - membership runs from purchase date to one year from purchase date.
If your payment method fails, we will automatically retry payment for up to 7 days. If payment cannot be processed after multiple attempts, your membership access will be suspended until payment is successfully completed. You can update your billing information through your customer portal (link provided on receipts and in community FAQs). Please note that suspended time does not extend your membership end date - your original membership period continues to run during any suspension.
